​Here you will find an exercise that many of the top performers in business and sports use to get absolute clarity on the lifestyle they've always wanted.
The more VIVIDLY you can picture your dream life, the better.

Rules:
1. When imagining your ideal day, focus on the experience without worrying about how you'll make it happen. Planning comes later and is a separate task.
2. Each answer should DEEPLY resonate with you emotionally.
3. Don’t try to set goals you think are “within reason”. These goals should stretch your brain outside your comfort zone and make you feel a bit uncomfortable due to the size.
At the same time, the thought of accomplishing them should make you feel AMAZING. Over time, your brain will adjust to the realistic possibility of achievement.
4. Take 5 minutes every day to close your eyes and visualize yourself living this life. Ask yourself:

- What do I see?
- What do I hear?
- What do I smell? ​

What are the next three things that happen?

When do you finish work?

Who do you meet after work and where?

How much is in your checking account?
​
How much is in your savings account?

How much do you donate to charity each month?
