Team Meeting Roadmap

Purpose

Collect updates from team members or departments on 90-Day Objectives and 30-Day Goals.

Evaluate progress against last week’s commitments.

Set new weekly commitments for individuals or departments aligned with 30-Day Goals.
Preparation
-
Compare the last four weeks’ commitments with actual results.
-
Team members review the current weekly report for context.
-
Team members review their individual commitments before the meeting.
-
Send a reminder one business day before the meeting.
-
Hold meetings on the same day each week.
Meeting Agenda
Opening (5 minutes)

State the meeting’s purpose (1 minute).
-
Read the Company Mission (1 minute).
-
Review core values (2 minutes).
-
Share recent company successes (3-5 minutes).
Commitment Review (10-60 minutes)

Discuss the previous week’s commitments with updates from those who took ownership of a commitment.

For completed commitments:
-
Celebrate and decide if commitments should be renewed for another week.

Celebrate without renewing if appropriate.

For incomplete commitments:

Update and renew for another week if needed.
-
Decide not to renew if appropriate.

Progress Review (20-90 minutes)
-
Each 90-Day Target owner provides an update.

Review updates, statuses, and priorities for the week from each 90-Day Target and 30-Day Goal owner.

Allow time for team questions.
Verification of Weekly Commitments

Ensure each new commitment is written down.
-
Confirm commitments are clear and not easily misunderstood.

Validate that each person feels confident in their commitments.

Establish new weekly commitments by asking, “What can you do in the next week to get closer to the 30-Day Goal?”

Review and add any additional tasks to each person’s weekly commitments.
